PUMPKINHEAD

| Pumpkinhead begins much in the same way a
lot of Horror films do: a bunch of wild, party-crazy teenagers get themselves into a heap
of trouble. They retreat to the quiet, tranquil country setting which surrounds Ed
Harley's (Lance Henriksen) general store, which he runs with the help of his young son,
Billy. In typical teenage fashion, the clique find themselves running scared after a tragically predictable motorcycle accident leaves Ed holding his son's lifeless body in his arms. |

| How could he ever work through such a trauma? Bent on
avenging his son, Ed enlists the help of a backwoods neighbour whom he believes can lead
him down his chosen path of vengeance. The neighbour boy and Ed set out on an eerie journey into the swamplands. They come upon a dilapidated old cabin, in which lives a mysterious old woman who possessed the bizarre power to conjure demons. Ed strikes a bargain with the old woman, who in turn promises to help him achieve the revenge he seeks. |

| Pumpkinhead is full of dark, wonderfully scary imagery and that unmistakable tension that goes along with watching monster movies. Sure, Michael Myers coming at me with a cleaver would be pretty scary, but there's just nothing more terrifying than an inhuman, demonic beast! |
